The road to Miss Florida Teen USA 2006 started Saturday afternoon October 16th at the 39th annual Royal Court Pageant at Hialeah’s Goodlet Children’s Theater. Eight delegates from The City of Hialeah competed for the first ever title of Miss Hialeah Teen USA. Pageant Director and Hialeah Cultural Director Carmen Cue (mother of Katherine Cue - FLTNUSA 4th r/u ’04) presented a great pageant with a fun Tahitian theme.

Judging the pageant were Miss Florida Teen USA 2004 Anastagia Pierre; Leslie Vasquez an actress, former Miss Carnaval Miami and top 15 finalist FL USA ’94; Ivis Ines Guerra, business development director for Baptist Health Systems, former Miss Carnaval Miami and FL USA alumni; Mary Genovese, model management company owner; and Leandro Valdes, pageant director and choreographer.
