Nova-Southeastern University to offer $40,000 – Four (4) Year Scholarship for winner of Miss Florida Teen USA!

 

Tel-Air Interests, Inc., the official license holder of The Miss Florida USA and Miss Florida Teen USA Pageants, today announced a $40,000 Four (4) year college scholarship to Nova-Southeastern University for the winner of The 2004 Miss Florida Teen USA Pageant. This is the first year that this scholarship has been offered and supports the educational aspects of the most prestigious teen pageant system in the country. 

Nova Southeastern University (www.nova.edu/) is the largest independent institution of higher learning in all of Florida with over 20,000 students. Amongst the leading liberal arts universities in the Southeast and awards bachelors, master’s, educational specialist, doctorial and first-professional degrees in a wide range of fields. It has an undergraduate college and graduate schools of medicine, dentistry, pharmacy, allied health, optometry, law, computer and information sciences, psychology, education, business, oceanography and humanities and social sciences.  

Miss Florida Teen USA is open to all eligible contestants between the ages of fifteen (15) and under nineteen (19) by the time of the national MISS TEEN USA® Pageant, residents of the state of Florida and American citizens.
